Lesson 6 – Spouse
Background
The correct motive when praying for your spouse is that his/her life will glorify God and not that God will change him /her to make your life easier or more pleasant.
Pain and Disappointmentare inevitable in marriage. Therefore, handle your own pain and hurt first.
You cannot pray without love … your prayer must come from a heart full of love (even if you do not like him/her at the moment)!
